As you strive to reach the next step in your journey, you need to consider that the research shows true happiness lies in social connection and time with family, not the money you may be chasing.
Today I am discussing how to find happiness. Research shows that money does not contribute to happiness after a certain point and that social connection, time off and play are much more important than material possessions. American culture does not prioritize these activities and that this lack of prioritization is likely contributing to the lower reported levels of happiness in the US, despite being one of the wealthiest countries.
It is key when moving into your next chapter to truly understand what makes you happy. The topics discussed today should help you with this process.
