Resources:

LaRayia Gaston is the founder of Lunch On Me, a non profit that supplies healthy, organic meals to the homeless community of Los Angeles. But it’s not just meals that they provide – they also hold yoga classes and birthday parties. Their organization is rooted in the philosophy that they can’t fix anyone. They see their role as to give love and mend hearts, which empowers people to want more in life. I learnt so much from talking to LaRayia, and I think you will too.
