We are lab rats. We’re constantly experimenting on ourselves to find the optimal way to make ourselves fitter, skinnier, healthier, happier, whatever it is we’re trying to do that day. We’ve tried everything – including the CGM, or continuous glucose monitor, which we’ve come back around to. What it does is monitor your glucose levels throughout the day, particularly how your levels rise the two hours after eating something. Now that we’re in Italy, we really wanted to give this thing a test run. We spend this episode digging into what we found and why it shocked us.
