OK, I’m saying it. I am judgmental. Working with a coach, I was told I needed to work on being less judgmental… and it pissed me off. That’s how I know there’s truth to it. It’s a flaw, and it’s something that I’m not proud of, but I have to be real here and share what I’m going through. In this conversation, Kim and I break down what it means to be judgmental, how it can be a good thing, where it goes wrong, and how I’m trying to get better in that department.
In This Conversation We Cover:
- [03:20] Being judgmental of yourself and others
- [07:43] The difference between curation and judgment
- [10:12] Figuring out the source of your judgment
- [15:56] Wanting others to know what they’re missing out on
- [23:07] Working on being less judgmental
