Daniel Vitalis is wild. No, really. A former vegan, he’s found that, for himself and many of the people he’s worked with over the years, one of the best ways to lead a healthier, more fulfilling life is to “rewild” yourself and remember how to integrate with nature. After learning the skills of hunting, fishing, and foraging, Daniel teaches and inspires others to pursue their own wild-food journey and reconnect with the wisdom of nature. Beyond food, he is incredibly grounded and brings a lot of thoughtful discussions to the table.
